Job Summary:
Drive True Auto is looking for a motivated, customer-focused
Automotive Sales Representative
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about cars, confident in communication, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience. This role involves helping customers find the right vehicle while supporting our sales goals and maintaining strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:
Greet walk-in customers and guide them through the vehicle selection process Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles from inventory Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits Follow up with leads via phone, email, and social media Update vehicle listings on platforms like Facebook Marketplace and Kijiji Help customers with basic financing and documentation questions Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-driven attitude Basic computer and smartphone skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive, team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license Sales or customer service experience is an asset (not required)
