Duties



Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that meet their preferences Must have experience using OODA Software. Actively promote our products or services through direct interactions, demonstrations, and personalized consultations Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing clear information and resolving any concerns with professionalism Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in our CRM system Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies, share insights, and achieve collective targets Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to effectively position our solutions in the marketplace Support promotional events or campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers

Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to listen actively and empathize with clients' needs Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills--both verbal and written--that inspire confidence and trust Ability to handle objections gracefully while guiding customers toward positive purchasing decisions Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for continuous learning Organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions efficiently and accurately Basic proficiency in using sales software or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools A positive attitude paired with resilience to navigate challenges and maintain motivation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
