Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in finding vehicles that fit their needs, preferences, and budget.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
Present and demonstrate vehicles with in-depth knowledge of features, performance, and financing options.
Negotiate and finalize sales deals while ensuring full customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales records and follow dealership processes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and appear in short promotional videos and social media content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Stay up to date with current inventory, financing programs, and automotive trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Confident and professional presentation style -- both in person and on camera.
Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
Must hold a valid
OMVIC license
(minimum 1 year).
Valid Ontario G driver's license with a clean driving record.
Bonus Points:
Experience with creating video content or appearing on camera.
Bilingual abilities (an asset but not required).
A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for cars!
