Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product offerings, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store. Keep the sales area organized, clean, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for clients. Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with diverse customers. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
