Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a positive shopping experience. Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and maintain a positive work environment. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail or sales specifically in Ligjting industry is preferred Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers. Excellent verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity and professionalism. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive attitude towards achieving sales goals and providing exceptional customer service. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
