Sales Operations Supervisor

Our sister brand, Mkt, is an independent design house creating pieces for a modern, edited home. We have three large showrooms within Toronto's Design District. In the Elte Showroom, you'll find Rugs and Carpeting, Furniture, Lighting, Mattresses, Linens, and Home Dxc3xa9cor.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Sales Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic showroom team. Reporting to the Sales Leader, this role plays a key role in supporting sales efforts, driving operational efficiency, and delivering a seamless customer experience. This customer-facing role requires a resourceful, detail-oriented individual passionate about problem-solving and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Escalations:
xc2xb7 Investigate customer issues and interact directly with clients to resolve concerns
xc2xb7 Develop thoughtful and timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Showroom Support:
xc2xb7 Ensure all customers are welcomed and approached promptly upon entering the showroom
xc2xb7 Coordinate showroom price changes (vendor increases, promotions, and sale periods)
xc2xb7 Assist with planning and executing showroom events
xc2xb7 Report and manage showroom damages in collaboration with the claims team
xc2xb7 Maintain showroom organization and appearance
xc2xb7 Support opening and closing showroom and during events
Administrative Support:
xc2xb7 Manage internal system related tasks including:
xc2xb7 Assist Sales Director with tasks in Salesforce
xc2xb7 Reassigning orders
xc2xb7 Adjusting inventory statuses and reconciling inventory as well as annual inventory prep
xc2xb7 Releasing holds for customer charge accounts
xc2xb7 Supporting exchanges, returns, and applying restocking/freight charges
xc2xb7 Follow up on daily accounting and operational issues
xc2xb7 Approve and monitor sample requests by Sales Associates
xc2xb7 Monitor and manage open customer orders
xc2xb7 Assist with onboarding and training new hires
xc2xb7 Support company culture and engagement initiatives

Key Requirements:
xc2xb7 3+ years of success in an administrative client facing role
xc2xb7 Experience in a support role in a luxury showroom environment is an asset
