Loon Kombucha is Canada's only Fairtrade kombucha brewery and we are based in Balderson, Ontario. We pride ourselves on brewing smooth, flavourful kombucha using high-quality ingredients, and we're growing our retail and direct-to-consumer presence across Canada.

Overview

We're looking for a motivated

Sales & Operations Representative

to join our small, hands-on team. This role combines sales support, order management, shipping coordination, and some production assistance -- ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of office, logistics, and light hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

Call and email retail clients to obtain weekly orders and follow up as needed. Prepare invoices, confirm shipments, and maintain excellent relationships with customers. Respond to inquiries from Shopify customers (online store). Manage website sales and tracking: process orders, prepare items for shipment, track deliveries, keep customers and management informed along the way.

Order Fulfillment & Logistics

Prepare and organize retail and online orders for shipment. Book freight company pickups and track shipments through delivery. Manage shipping and receiving for the Brewery Manager. Completing sales reports for review by senior management

Production Support

Assist the brewing team with basic production tasks (packaging, food prep, cleaning). Help keep the production space organized and clean.

Sales Growth Opportunities

Support weekend food festivals, farmers markets, and other brand events (optional additional hours). Deliver product to retail accounts when needed. Conduct in-store demos at key accounts (Sobeys, Farm Boy, etc.)

Requirements

Valid driver's license (vehicle access an asset). Good knowledge of kombucha Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person) and outgoing personality. Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. Comfortable with physical work (lifting boxes, helping in production). Familiarity with Shopify, shipping software Experience entering sales data into an ERP system considered an asset Previous experience in sales, customer service, event work, or food/beverage industry an asset.

Schedule

Regular hours:

2-3 days per week (Monday-Wednesday) and some evenings and weekends.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 22 per week
