As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organized, driven, and people-oriented individual to play a central role in our day-to-day operations and client success.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales & Operations Coordinator to take ownership of our lead conversion, scheduling, and internal communications. This is a multi-functional role that combines sales, scheduling, customer service, and office management. You'll be the key liaison between clients, team members, and management--ensuring everything runs smoothly from first contact to final staging.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone and email
Educate potential clients on Astra Staging's services and convert leads into stagings
Prepare and send quotes based on client needs
Scheduling & Task Management
Assign staging jobs to movers and stagers
Monitor project timelines and ensure all jobs are scheduled and executed efficiently
Adjust and communicate any schedule changes to the team in a timely manner
Office Management & Team Coordination
Be the go-to contact for internal staff regarding job assignments and daily operations
Ensure clear communication across departments
Maintain office organization and manage supplies as needed
Customer Service & Admin Support
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve client concerns or issues
Ensure clients have an excellent experience from booking to completion
Assist with invoicing, reporting, and follow-up communications
Requirements:
Proven experience in a multi-tasking, customer-facing role
Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
Experience using CRM or task management software
Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage time effectively
Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure
Knowledge of interior design, decorating, home staging industry is a strong asset
Flexible to work in the evenings and weekends
Compensation:
$25-27 Hourly, depending on experience and qualifications
2 weeks vacation + statutory holidays
