Overview

Playwell Enterprises Ltd., one of Canada's leading toy distributors, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Operations Support to join our team.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Scarborough, offering the opportunity to grow within the company. You will work closely with internal departments, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth sales operations and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Monitor purchase-order statuses, point-of-sales reports, inventory forecasts, and accounts receivable for key accounts. Provide sales and customer service support to house accounts. Provide administrative support to Sales team. Organize and submit required forms and content for key accounts and E-Commerce partners. Attend and follow up meetings with customers and vendors. Assist in creating sales presentations and reports. Assist in setting up and attending trade shows. Assist in merchandising and organization of company showroom. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is considered an asset. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. At least one year experience in sales , experience in toy industry is an asset. Quick learner with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel for trade shows and account visits. Submission of a detailed cover letter with CV is mandatory.

Pay: $45,000.00-$51,000.00 per year
