Sales & Operations Admin Support
.
In this role, you will be a key player in supporting our sales, marketing, purchasing, customer service, and warehouse operations teams and contributing to the seamless operation of our business. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member with a passion for providing customers with an outstanding shopping experience.
Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:
Provide vital support to the sales team by assisting with order processing, handling returns/exchanges, and providing order status updates.
Support the marketing team by uploading new products and updating content on our website.
Support the purchasing team by ensuring admin processes are executed efficiently and effectively.
Work with the Operations & Inventory Manager to ensure that customer service issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
Manage order operations, including invoicing and product transfers.
Complete administrative tasks such as creating signage/tickets, data entry, and other organizational duties with accuracy and efficiency.
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment by collaborating with team members, setting goals, and offering operational support.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Professional, positive, and confident attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Friendly and calm demeanor, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and clearly
Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other data management software
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Passion for design and home decor
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently
