In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Handle inbound sales inquiries across multiple channels: Chat, email and phone. Convert inquiries into sales by understanding the customer needs and recommending tailor solutions. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics Proactively manage a sales pipeline during slower periods, ensuring all leads are nurtured. Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to provide accurate information to clients. Collaborate with team members and leadership to identify and implement process improvements. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in Salesforce
