Position Overview:

As an Operations/Sales Manager at our agency, you'll play a pivotal role in our team, managing operations and generating new contracts. Our primary objective is to showcase security services based on client needs. The Operations/Sales Manager will provide personalized services to clients, assisting them in finding the perfect security service to meet their needs and preferences.

Client satisfaction is our priority, and the Operations/Sales Manager ensures that the clients have a positive experience by maintaining professionalism and actively listening to their concerns.

Salary:

The Operations/Sales Manager is to be paid by commission only. Commission will be paid monthly upon commencement of a contract.

As a Operations/Sales Manager You Will:

Meet with clients directly, providing security services information, addressing inquiries, and scheduling appointments. Maintain accurate records of appointments and client information. Prepare and deliver accurate price quotes based on the client needs, negotiating terms and closing deals. Handle sensitive client information with the utmost confidentiality. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, going above and beyond to surpass client needs and expectations. Proactively engage with prospective clients, identifying and creating value in our services. Negotiate security contracts with new or existing clients and up-sell services. Overturn client concerns by explaining the benefits of our services vs. competitors to close sales transactions. Ensure compliance with all Private Security regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma 1-2 years of experience in sales Proven ability to close deals Bilingual proficiency is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Eager to build relationships with clients and ability to maintain professionalism Motivated, resilient, and results-driven
