Description:



The Sales & Office Operations Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting both the sales department and overall daily operations of the office. This position supports our office day-to-day operations, internal workflows, including client communications, account management support, lead management, and sales event support. This role reports to the Vice President of Customer Success & Team Development. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment looking for professional growth.

Your initial role will include:



Sales Support



Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and orders Maintain customer records and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information Support follow-up communication with clients regarding orders, timelines, and required documentation Conduct market research to support product launches, marketing decisions and social trends Assist with customer experience projects including post-purchase surveys, marketing feedback collection and customer testimonials Working with office and our CRM system (Monday.com) and Microsoft 365 tools such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators

Customer Service



Serve as one of our points of contact for customer inquiries via email and phone Provide professional and timely responses to customers regarding product details, order status, or escalation issues Coordinate with internal teams (production, accounting, design) to ensure customer needs are met

Office Operations



Learning our office procedures and supporting day-to-day operations Assist with scheduling and setting up meetings Support leadership with onboarding tasks, file management and internal communications Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and order pick-ups when needed Help streamline internal processes and create documentation or checklists to improve workflow Event activation support and customer service such as pre-event preparation, online sale order execution, onsite assisting with setup and promotional material creation Supporting the company's social committee with team activities Comply to company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe workplace Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:



A successful candidate has:

Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Previous experience in sales, marketing, or administrative support is a plus. Proficiency with CRM systems and/or marketing tools (ex. Monday.com, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp) is an asset but not required. Excellent communication, computer, organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills Comfortable working independently or collaboratively with cross-functional teams Adaptable and flexible in a fluid and fast paced, ever-changing environment

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Pay: From $40,000 to $45,000 per year based on experience
