The Company

Cape Breton Beverages Limited is a fourth-generation, family-owned Pepsi bottling franchise. The company has been operating in Cape Breton for 75-years, and together with its sister company Trans-Atlantic Preforms Limited employs over 100 people in the Cape Breton Regional Municipality. We locally produce Pepsi, 7-Up, Schweppes, and Crush soft-drink products and distribute other beverages including Aquafina, Montellier, Bubly and Evian waters, along with Gatorade, Celsius, Dole, Lipton, Starbucks, Guru, and Rockstar beverages to Cape Breton Island, as well as produce specific packages of Pepsi and other-branded soft-drinks for the rest of Atlantic Canada, Quebec, and Ontario. Key Responsibilities include:

Merchandise store shelving, racks, coolers and displays with Pepsi products in all accounts Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition, ensure shelving cleanliness is maintained Provide excellent service to assigned accounts; create and maintain goodwill with all customers Perform all assigned duties in a safe and productive manner Work closely with account managers to ensure excellent service Develop relationships within stores to help increase space

Qualifications/Requirements

Must be available evenings and weekends High School Diploma (or equivalent) required Post-secondary education, an asset Prior merchandising or retail customer service experience required Must have reliable vehicle to access multi-store locations within assigned shift Valid driver's license Ability to work with minimal supervision Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Position is part-time with potential to turn into full time.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
