Position Overview
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Retail Sales Consultant to support daily store operations, provide professional customer service, and participate in both in-store and online sales activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, well-organized, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Provide product information and sales support to customers in the store Maintain accurate knowledge of products and follow established sales procedures Deliver a professional, friendly, and positive customer experience
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or retail Experience in furniture or lighting retail is an asset Experience with live streaming, e-commerce, or product demonstrations is a plus Detail-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated Punctual, reliable, and professional
