Job Responsibilities:

Provide Excellent Customer Service:

Support daily sales operations by offering outstanding customer service.

Promote Products:

Actively promote products both in-store and through social media to enhance brand visibility.

Assist with Merchandise Display:

Ensure a neat and attractive store environment by assisting in product displays and store presentation.

Effective Communication:

Communicate efficiently with customers in both English and Mandarin.

Collaborate with Team:

Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.

Job Requirements:

Retail Sales Experience:

Proven experience in retail sales; experience in furniture or lighting is preferred.

Attention to Detail:

Detail-oriented, responsible, and passionate about social media marketing.

Language Skills:

Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin, with strong communication abilities.

Self-Motivated and Reliable:

Able to work independently and collaboratively, showing initiative and responsibility.
