We are currently seeking a Full Time Sales Agent.



Reporting to the Marketing and Sales Manager, the Sales Agent will:



Establish and seek out relationships with new clients Prepare agreements of Purchase and Sale Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients Advise client(s) on different properties and prices Liaise with Design Centre and Head Office Maintain a high level of knowledge about the progress of the subdivision and the community as well as existing products and services. Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers Follow up on client orders as necessary

Job Qualifications:

Experience in new home sales Strong sales or customer service experience Strong communication skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook Independent, enthusiastic and hardworking individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Well organized, detail oriented and the ability to multi-task and coordinate various activities Understanding blueprints is an asset but not mandatory
