Reporting directly to the Head Of Operations, the Sales & Marketing Leader is an important role in our Leadership Team, accountable for supporting multiple facets of the organization.
Superflux has two main revenue streams; Hospitality, and Wholesale Beer Sales. You will be accountable for sales & marketing in both channels, for our various locations.

Accountabilities Include:
At the direction of Executive Team, you are accountable for drafting, refining, executing and in some instances, developing, all of our sales & marketing strategies,
Managing, building, and/or developing 3rd party relationship relating to sales & marketing partners, including but not limited to sales teams, exporters, and other contracted teams, suppliers,
Specifically, working to lead, support, and grow sales with our 3rd party partners, and agencies. You will not directly manage individual sales people, but are Superflux's link to these critically important external teams.
Collaborate with channels to ensure consistent brand messaging,
Develop, oversee, execute, or cause to be executed all internal and external marketing campaigns to boost sales and customer engagement.
Without supervision, leading the development and implementation of initiatives that achieve company objectives, in alignment with our Strategies,
Ensuring all projects and initiatives are completed with care, precision, and a commitment to follow-through,
Collaborating with team members and cross-functional departments to achieve organizational goals,
The performance of all internal and external Events, and in some instances, the execution and support, as required.
Promoting, building, growing and evangelizing our business at each and every turn,
Analyze and interpreting data, such as sales, or market trends, and bringing actionable items to the team,
Establishing and meeting KPI's and Performance Metrics, as it relates to the above.
The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess
7+ years experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in the beverage alcohol, and/or hospitality industry,
2+ years experience in a Leadership Role,
An ability to think strategically, and see the bigger picture,
A strong track record of event production and execution,
Establishing KPI's and Performance Metrics
Strong product marketer experience, in both trade & hospitality,
A project driven track record of success,
A results driven attitude and an ability to demonstrate how you have used this to align to the purpose/niche of your past employers,
A sharp understanding of brand identity, with a keen eye for ensuring consistent brand representation and execution. Demonstrates unwavering commitment to maintaining brand integrity and awareness across all initiatives.
A track record of winning as a team, via collaboration and commitment,

Compensation
Total compensation shall be commensurate with experience and consisting of:
Base Salary (approximately $72,000-$76,000),
Plus Bonus (approximately $7500),
Health Spending Account,
3 weeks of Paid Vacation,
Cell Phone Allowance,
Partial/Occasional Remote Work possible.
