We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This role requires a blend of negotiation skills, business development acumen, and a strong understanding of B2B sales, particularly in the technology sector. The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in account management and customer service, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support while fostering long-term relationships.
Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and services.
Conduct outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Engage in negotiation processes with potential clients to secure contracts and agreements.
Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing performance metrics.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and effectively communicating benefits to clients.
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and providing solutions tailored to client needs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, emerging technologies, and market shifts.
Experience
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Background in business development or account management is highly desirable.
Familiarity with marketing principles and techniques, particularly in technology sales.
Proficient analytical skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.
Excellent communication skills; proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
