Sales Manager

to lead our retail team--with a key focus on

developing Sales Associates into confident, knowledgeable, and results-driven professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Training:

Lead, coach, and inspire Sales Associates to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and deliver structured training programs focused on sales techniques, customer engagement, and deep product knowledge. Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, role plays, and product knowledge refreshers. Set clear expectations and provide constructive feedback to help team members grow in their roles. Champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement on the sales floor.

Customer Experience:

Ensure every customer receives personalized and knowledgeable service, creating lasting impressions. Assist with complex customer inquiries and ensure resolutions exceed expectations. Lead by example--modeling professional, friendly, and consultative selling at all times.

Store Operations & Performance:

Monitor daily and weekly sales performance, providing insight and coaching where needed. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory, and staff scheduling. Maintain a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing store environment. Assist with opening and closing procedures and overall store readiness.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a retail sales environment, with proven success in a leadership or supervisory role. Passion for training, coaching, and developing others to excel in customer service and sales. Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Experience in the baby industry is a plus, but not required--enthusiasm for learning is essential. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
