As Sales Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department and guide our talented team of Product Ambassadors in achieving their goals. You'll play a key role in driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring an exceptional dealership experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Your responsibilities will include:



Leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to exceed performance targets Managing new and pre-owned inventory and ensuring the lot presentation meets brand standards Creating and monitoring sales goals, processes, and performance metrics Delivering exceptional customer service while fostering long-term client relationships Collaborating with other department leaders to support dealership success and profitability

What You Bring to the Table



Proven success in automotive sales, finance, or sales management Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills A customer-first mindset with a talent for turning inquiries into lasting relationships The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A proactive, adaptable attitude and a drive to achieve results A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
