We are seeking a strategic and motivated

Sales Manager - Western Canada

to lead our regional growth initiatives and manage a high-performing sales team across Western Canada.


Position Summary





Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, the

Sales Manager - Western Canada

is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading a regional sales team, and driving business growth within the plumbing, hydronics, and construction sectors. This role requires a combination of leadership, market expertise, and relationship management skills to expand REHAU's footprint across the Western Canadian market.


Key Responsibilities




Lead, coach, and support a regional sales team to achieve and exceed performance goals. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Western Canada focused on profitable growth and market share expansion. Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and applications. Collaborate cross-functionally with

Marketing, Product Management, and Operations

to align sales initiatives with company objectives. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior leadership. Analyze regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to guide strategy and decision-making. Represent REHAU at industry events, trade shows, and professional associations to build brand presence and relationships. Ensure compliance with REHAU's quality standards, pricing structure, and corporate policies.

Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline preferred. Minimum

10 years of sales experience

in a

technical, wholesale, or distribution

environment--preferably in

plumbing or hydronics

. Minimum

5 years of direct leadership experience

managing a high-performing sales team. Proven technical understanding of

hydronic and plumbing systems

. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated success in

strategic account management

and regional business development. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and analytical abilities. Proficient with

Salesforce CRM

and

Microsoft Office Suite

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to travel approximately

30-40%

within the region. Based in

Vancouver, BC

or

Calgary, AB

, or willing to relocate.
