A day in the life...
Lead the sales team with a strong focus on pre-owned to achieve customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability targets.
Maintain a deep understanding of competitor vehicles, pricing trends, and the overall Canadian automotive market.
Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in pricing, inventory, and reporting.
Identify and resolve challenges within the sales department efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate with new vehicle sales, service, and finance teams to create a seamless customer experience.
What we look for...
Previous management experience in automotive sales, preferably with a focus on pre-owned vehicles.
Proficient in vehicle sales software such as 180 and Dealermine.
Valid BC driver's license.
VSA license is required.
A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for mentoring and developing a high-performing team.
