Social Corner Yaletown is a restaurant in Vancouver known for its Italian and Spanish fusion cuisine, including tapas and paella. It features a happy hour from 2-5 PM and has a dedicated event space. The restaurant is part of the Per Se Hospitality Group and is located in Yaletown, an area known for its artsy and edgy vibe.

Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in B2B sales, and a solid understanding of marketing, customer service, and technology sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and contribute to the strategic direction of our sales initiatives. The Sales Manager will be instrumental in fostering client relationships, negotiating deals, and implementing effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.

Responsibilities



Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets through coaching and performance management Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase revenue Manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and outreach efforts Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with prospective clients Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support sales objectives Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics Oversee outside sales efforts by establishing relationships with potential clients across various industries Provide leadership in technical sales by understanding product specifications and translating them into client benefits Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team through training and development initiatives

Qualifications



Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technology or technical products preferred Strong background in marketing, customer service, and account management Demonstrated success in outside sales and business development roles Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and analysis Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategic decisions Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team of sales professionals Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments A proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $143,432.61-$161,585.75 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
