Bin 4 Burger Lounge is a Vancouver Island-based restaurant chain that specializes in gourmet burgers made with locally sourced ingredients like natural beef and free-run chicken. The menu features over 15 burger options with international flavors, alongside house-made aiolis, fries, and local beverages such as craft beer and wine. The original Victoria location opened in 2011, and there are now multiple locations in British Columbia.

Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, technology sales, and account management, with a proven track record of success in driving business development initiatives. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of customer service, and the ability to analyze market trends to develop effective sales strategies.

Duties



Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals. Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and support. Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools for tracking sales activities and performance metrics. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that drive engagement. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure favorable terms for the company. Provide training and mentorship to team members, enhancing their skills in negotiation and technical sales.

Requirements



Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in technology or technical sales environments. Strong understanding of account management principles and business development strategies. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships. Exceptional analytical skills to assess market trends and performance data effectively. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing a diverse team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
