```Duties```
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new students (individual clients) and corporate clients for language courses.
Identify target groups and potential markets, such as companies, schools, tour operators, or agencies.
Visit local agencies regularly and negotiate agency contracts. Maintain existing client relationships through regular contact and follow-ups.
Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to optimize offerings and positioning.
Develop and implement promotions to generate more leads and revenue.
Manage the sales process, including lead tracking and CRM system management.
Administrative tasks.
```Experience```
Bachelor's degree in Business / Sales / Marketing (Master's Degree preferred).
Proven Sales experiences.
Proven experience in the ESL industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Dependability and problem-solving skills.
Canadian work permit.
