What you will do:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team of Elite Sales Executives to meet the team's aggressive new business acquisition objectives. Your main responsibilities include training and developing top flight sales talent to meet and exceed your team's targets.

About You:



An expert with a track record in designing optimal sales systems and inspiring your team to meet and exceed their goals in a structured, consultative selling environment. Needless to say, strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, motivational skills and a hands-on approach to supporting your team are essential.
