high-quality frozen dumplings and Asian-style frozen products

. To support our continued expansion into the United States, we are seeking an experienced

Sales Manager

with strong familiarity in retail and distributor networks within the U.S. Asian and mainstream food sectors.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute U.S. market expansion strategies, focusing on Asian supermarkets, regional grocery chains, wholesalers, and distributors Identify, onboard, and manage distributor partners across key U.S. regions Lead product listing initiatives: vendor onboarding, pricing structure design, category review submissions Establish and maintain strong relationships with buyers, distributors, and retail decision-makers Conduct sales planning, forecast analysis, and growth strategy formulation Coordinate internally with production, quality, and logistics teams

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience working with U.S.

food distributors

, especially within Asian or multicultural grocery segments Strong understanding of Asian supermarket networks, regional chains, and wholesale distribution models Proven capability to establish, negotiate, and manage distributor agreements and retail listing programs Familiarity with pricing structures, promotional planning, and margin optimization Ability to independently develop new accounts and deliver measurable growth Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills English and Mandarin required Willingness to travel across the United States as needed

Pay: $30,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
