We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales calls and drive business growth. This role in entirely over the phone sales and cold calling, and could possibly include some in-person sales meetings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, technology sales, and account management, with a proven ability to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and maximize revenue. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to create relationships with potential clients over the phone.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or technical sales is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards success.
Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
Solid understanding of marketing principles as they relate to sales strategies.
