The Role - Why This Is Different

This commission-based role is designed for top performers who want to maximize their earnings. Our best sales reps make $150K-$300K per year, with uncapped potential. If you're willing to put in the work, you'll be rewarded accordingly.

Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE):

$60K-$100K (uncapped)

Long-term earnings potential:

$150K-$200K within 5 years

40% of revenue comes from repeat clients

This is a dynamic role that shifts between in-person and phone sales, adapting to the seasonal nature of our industry.

What You'll Do

Own your entire sales pipeline--from lead to closed deal Call warm leads and past clients to rebook work (minimal cold calling) Meet clients in-person for estimates and to close high-ticket deals Sell over the phone to close smaller jobs efficiently Maintain a 75%+ close rate on in-person estimates Keep your CRM organized with real-time updates Work closely with production teams to ensure top-tier service delivery

2+ years of sales experience

(closing experience preferred)

Hours & Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM Weekends: 8 AM - 5 PM (for in-home sales appointments) December - Mid-January: Vacation
