Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies:
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the dealership's goals and objectives.
Manage the sales team:
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing and leading the sales team, which includes recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve their targets.
Improving Lead Conversion Rates:
You are responsible for improving lead conversion rates by providing your sales team with the necessary support to convert those leads into actual sales
Achieve revenue targets through sales volume:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by increasing sales volume and profitability for the dealership.
Build and maintain customer relationships:
The Sales Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive excellent service and support throughout the sales process.
Forecast sales and monitor performance:
The Sales Manager is responsible for forecasting sales and monitoring performance against targets, using data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Maximizing Gross Profit:
You are responsible for maximizing gross profit margins by maintaining price integrity, achieving sales volume targets, CSI targets, and finance office assistance.
Commission Payment:
As an Independent Contractor, you will be paid a combination of a monthly commission payment guarantee plus a variable commission payment plan. Provided you hit your targets, our Sales Manager can make anywhere between $90,000 to $200,000 annually.
What we need from you:
2+ years of Automotive Sales and Management experience
Computer proficiency (MS Office and other applications)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong organization and prioritization skills
