The Role

We're looking for

sales superstars

to accelerate growth across

food and beverage services, hospitality, stadiums/venues, and institutional markets

. You'll take charge of a territory or vertical, build fast-moving pipelines, and close strategic, multi-location deals -- all while advancing a mission that helps clean up the planet.

Sales Manager (Territory/Vertical)

Location:

Richmond, BC (Hybrid); Travel: ~10-30% as needed

Reports to:

Head of Sales

What You'll Do

Hit the goal:

Drive your territory or vertical plan to exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Find leads:

Identify, qualify, and advance new accounts through the pipeline.

Be the brand:

Represent Plantloop at industry events as a credible sustainability advocate.

What Makes You a "Sales Superstar"

4-8+ years of

B2B field sales experience

with a proven track record closing multi-site or distributor deals (F&B service, packaging, institutional, airline sectors, etc.).
Highly motivated candidates with less experience are welcome to apply.

Excellent at

prospecting and opening new doors

-- fearless on the phone, confident in meetings. A

self-starter

, exceptional communicator and closer, with genuine passion for sustainability.

Compensation & Benefits

Top performers can earn $300,000+

(base + uncapped commissions). Earn

$50K if you're average
