Duties
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing performance metrics.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills in negotiation, technical sales, and customer service.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through account management practices.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Skills
