We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and developing strong relationships with customers. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and effectively communicate our value proposition to clients. The Sales Account Manager will play a crucial role in business development and account management, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Duties



Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the customer base. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and analyzing sales data. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional service to clients. Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Experience



Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a related industry. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of motivating teams towards achieving common goals. Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce for managing client relationships and analyzing data. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make informed decisions that drive business growth. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt strategies based on changing market conditions.
This job has the possibility to be commission-based.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
