Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the customer base.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and analyzing sales data.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Experience
Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a related industry.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of motivating teams towards achieving common goals.

This job has the possibility to be commission-based.
