We're looking for a

Sales Manager

with a proven track record in sales and leadership--someone who brings vision, initiative, and a clear plan for how to grow operations, strengthen processes, and better support the team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who knows what they're doing, takes ownership, and drives sales-focused results.

What You'll Do:

We're looking for a leader who:


Owns the sales process end-to-end and drives consistent, sales-focused results Leads, coaches, and develops a high-performing sales team Brings a clear vision for improving performance, processes, and team engagement Creates momentum on the sales floor and holds the team accountable to results Partners cross-functionally to ensure a seamless, customer-first dealership experience Uses data, insight, and experience to make smart, timely decisions

What You Bring:




Proven success in automotive sales leadership or management Strong sales acumen with the ability to coach and influence performance A mindset rooted in initiative, accountability, and ownership Experience improving operations, processes, or team effectiveness A results-driven, customer-focused approach Comfort using data and reporting tools to guide decisions
