Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, marketing, and customer service, with a proven track record in technology sales. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and fostering relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Duties



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and increase market share. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of targets. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform business development efforts. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and generating reports to analyze performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives. Build strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service and account management practices. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide regular training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, negotiation techniques, and best practices in technical sales.

Experience



Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology sector. Strong background in business development and account management with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance. Exceptional analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
