Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Quebec. Based in Brossard, this role is vital in driving our growth and strengthening client relationships aligned with our company's mission and values.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Quebec market. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets. Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility and outreach. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales within the professional services industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans. Knowledge of the Quebec market is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is required.
