Are you a driven sales leader with a passion for powersports and motorsports?

Alsport Regina is expanding our leadership structure and bringing on a Selling Sales Manager to help grow our team, scale our customer base, and elevate the overall sales performance of the dealership. You will work alongside our existing Sales Manager, sharing leadership responsibilities while actively selling, coaching, and developing a growing sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role in a strong market area with limited competition, backed by an easygoing but performance focused culture and highly experienced parts and service teams.

Compensation

- We guarantee you will earn no less than $100,000 per year. With strong performance and the right team culture, top Sales Managers have potential to earn $150,000+ annually. Your earnings increase directly with results.

About the Role

- This position is ideal for a driven leader who wants to build, sell, and lead at the same time. You will help drive market share, create accountability, and ensure customers receive exceptional service across all product lines: Polaris, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, KTM, GasGas, Sur-Ron.

Team Structure



Two Sales Managers working collaboratively o Shared leadership of Sales Advisors o Supportive, aligned service and parts teams o Freedom to implement processes, training, and performance strategies o Backed by a customer base and market poised for continued growth.

Key Responsibilities



Lead, train, and develop Sales Advisors to hit monthly and annual targets Work deals and actively participate in the full sales process Build and maintain a high-performing sales culture focused on results and customer satisfaction Manage lead flow, follow-up standards, and CRM accountability Strengthen customer relationships to grow repeat and referral business Collaborate on inventory needs, forecasting, and merchandising Support marketing initiatives, events, and community activities Handle customer concerns professionally to maintain Alsport's reputation for excellence Prepare sales reports and KPI tracking

Qualifications & Skills



3-5 years of sales leadership or management experience (powersports or automotive preferred) Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Product knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and snowmobiles is an asset Organized, goal-oriented, and able to drive accountability Valid Class 5 licence (motorcycle endorsement is an asset)
