What You'll Be Doing
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Provide quotes and product information, following up on leads and referrals.
Develop your own sales funnel for ongoing and future business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality products and services are delivered.
Schedule customer appointments and manage your time effectively.
Provide feedback on new growth opportunities to help drive the business forward.
Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and win new business.
Set clear expectations, track progress, and celebrate wins together.
Support your team in closing deals and handling complex client needs.
Maintain strong connections with key customers and partners.
Be the go-to person for escalated client questions or challenges.
Review budgets, materials, and reports to help the team make smart decisions.
Who We're Looking For
Experienced in sales leadership or managing a sales team (construction, residential, commercial, maintenance or related field preferred).
A people-focused leader who motivates and inspires their team.
Strong communicator, organizer, and problem-solver.
Comfortable analyzing data, tracking KPIs, and reporting results.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Valid Class 5 driver's license, clean Driver's Abstract, and Criminal Clearance.
