The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are adding a Sales Manager role to the team and looking for a seasoned leader to fill this existing vacancy who will drive continued performance and development of the existing sales team, coaching and empowering them to cultivate long-term consignor partnerships. In this role, you will mentor and guide 5-10 direct reports, assess performance, complete ride-alongs, represent Bryan's at tradeshows and other industry events, analyze market trends, act as the Super Admin of our CRM, and assist the Director of Marketing and Business Development with the development of strategic plans for the sales department.
This role will be based out of our Puslinch office, but will involve semi-regular travel from Windsor to Ottawa, with occasional overnight stays.
The Ins and Outs of the Job
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and Business Development, you will be responsible for:
Regularly monitoring performance of your direct reports, assisting them to meet and exceed individual revenue goals.
Providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to develop individual performance and sales skills.
Completing ride-alongs with team members to attend client meetings.
Participating in bi-weekly sales team meetings, leading the meetings as requested
Tracking individual and team performance metrics.
Conducting quarterly performance check-ins with individual team members.
Participating in the sales recruiting process.
Onboarding and training new sales team hires.
Attending quarterly meetings with individual team members and their assigned industry organization.
Researching and identifying industry organizations that align with Bryan's objectives.
Attending trade shows, industry organization events, and community events to represent the Company.
Analyzing market trends and competition .
Making recommendations to improve sales processes, for new business opportunities, and to provide the Company with a competitive edge.
Assisting with planning and execution of the annual Sales Summit
Assisting with strategic planning of the sales department.
Assisting with the development of the annual sales department budget.
Overseeing the Customer Relationship Management program (HubSpot), acting as a Super User.
Providing CRM training to the sales team.
Ensuring CRM workflows align with business processes.
Leading the implementation of new or updates, modules, and capabilities.
Acting as a Section 27 Occupational Health and Safety Act Supervisor for your team.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing and Business Development, or another member of the Senior Management Team in consultation with the Director of Marketing and Business Development.

5+ years B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role with multiple direct reports
2-5 years HubSpot experience, Super Admin capabilities preferred
Valid G-class drivers license
A clear track record of coaching and developing sales staff
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Top-notch negotiation skills
Impeccable attention to detail.

The Interviewing Process
Candidates can expect that the interviewing process will generally include:
A remote screening call with the Human Resources Manager.
An in-person interview with the Director of Marketing and Business Development and the Human Resources Manager.
A less formal meeting with the General Manager and/or President over coffee or lunch - our treat!
We understand that candidates who are currently employed will have to provide a notice period and respect the need for this vital transition. While we are looking for the successful candidate to start January 5, 2026, we will establish a mutually agreed upon start date.
The Compensation Package

Base salary of $75 - 90,000plus bonus that accurately reflects what you bring to the role
