Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Sales Manager to support our sales team with day-to-day operations, customer communications, and marketing tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with order processing, quotes, and customer follow-ups
Assist in preparing sales documents, proposals, and estimates
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Help track sales activities and generate basic reports
Perform general administrative and organizational tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace/Teams
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
