Responsibilities



Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders through effective account management. Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in technology sales. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals. Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions to senior management.

Requirements



Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technology or technical sales preferred. Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer service best practices. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. Demonstrated ability in business development and account management. Proficient analytical skills for assessing market trends and sales data. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire a team towards achieving common goals. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on relationship building. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Pay: $68,633.78-$72,266.83 per year
