Position Summary
We are currently seeking a
Sales Manager
to join our team. The Sales Manager functions as a key revenue generator for the community, partnering closely with the Community Executive Director, VP of Sales & Marketing, and the Sales & Marketing Director. This role is essential in maintaining and improving occupancy levels and community visibility through internal and external relationship development.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to execute sales strategies that maintain and increase occupancy.
Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community contacts.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, providing detailed and relevant information.
Facilitate the decision-making process for prospective residents and families through personalized support and community education.
Plan, coordinate, and execute events aimed at increasing visibility and referral opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing materials, including digital content and promotional items.
Support move-in processes and ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
Assist with marketing budget management and reporting.
Ensure all community sales materials are accurate and align with Brightwater brand standards.
Qualifications
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
CPR and first aid certification (or ability to obtain).
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
Proven ability to develop relationships and network within the community.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage repetitive tasks with professionalism.
Creative, innovative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) preferred.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for events and meetings.
Ability to stand for extended periods during events.
