What the Role Looks Like:
Lead a team of sales professionals--coaching, motivating, and holding them accountable
Drive performance across the board: sales volume, gross, CSI, retention
Hire and develop top talent, while helping your current team level up
Keep an eye on inventory, pricing, and the overall customer experience
Work closely with the GM and other department leads to keep things aligned and efficient
Make sure we're staying compliant with OEM programs and best practices
What We're Looking For:
Experience in dealership sales management (CDJR experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker)
Strong leadership skills--you know how to manage a team without micromanaging
Comfortable with numbers and tracking performance
Solid understanding of how to close deals andbuild long-term customer relationships
Familiar with tools like Dealertrack, Dealersocket, Vauto, and CRMs
Clean driving record and valid license
