Job Overview

Desksters is seeking a driven and experienced

Salesperson or Sales Manager

with strong knowledge of the

property restoration and insurance market

. The ideal candidate understands the insurance claims process and is comfortable meeting clients, traveling frequently, and attending training sessions in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

Sell Desksters' administrative, billing, inventory, sales, and marketing services Develop new business opportunities within the property restoration and insurance sectors Meet clients in person and build long-term relationships Clearly explain insurance claims workflows and Desksters' role in supporting them Manage leads, proposals, and follow-ups Maintain accurate sales records using CRM and Microsoft Office Travel frequently to client sites as required For Sales Manager role: Lead and support the sales team Develop sales strategies and monitor performance Train and mentor sales staff
Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of sales experience

in the

property restoration and insurance industry

Strong understanding of the

insurance claims process

Proven B2B sales experience

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Willingness to drive frequently

Ability and willingness to attend training in the United States

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated and results-oriented
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $50,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience)

Commission in addition to base salary
