The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with customers. This role involves creating sales strategies, overseeing customer accounts, and working closely with operations to ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, preferably in the glass, construction, or home improvement industry.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Business Development:



Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion. Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and automotive glass sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, insurance providers, and fleet managers. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:



Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives. Set sales goals, track performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback. Foster a high-performance sales culture that emphasizes customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Customer Relationship Management:



Ensure a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and service needs. Manage key accounts and oversee the development of long-term partnerships. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service execution.

Quoting & Pricing:



Oversee the preparation of quotes and proposals for glass repair, replacement, and installation services. Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers while ensuring profitability.

Reporting & Analysis:



Track and report sales performance metrics, including revenue, lead conversion, and customer retention. Provide regular sales forecasts and insights to senior management. Utilize CRM software to manage customer data and streamline sales processes.

Qualifications & Skills:



Experience:

3+ years in a sales management role, preferably in the glass, construction, or home improvement industry.

Leadership:

Strong ability to lead and develop a sales team.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Negotiation:

Skilled in closing deals and building long-term customer relationships.

Tech-Savvy:

Familiarity with CRM software, quoting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Results-Oriented:

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to develop solutions that balance customer needs and company goals.
In addition to a base salary of $95,000 to $110,000, this position offers a bonus structure aligned with sales performance, with incentives tied to achieving revenue growth milestones from $5 million to $10 million
