What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and inspiring a small, energetic sales team. Helping customers find the perfect pieces to express their personal style. Managing the daily flow of store operations and keeping things fresh. Setting goals, mentoring the team, and creating a fun, high-energy shopping environment.

What We're Looking For:

A fashion-forward leader who loves helping others find their style. Previous sales and team management experience. A creative, out-of-the-box thinker who's excited to bring new ideas to the table. Someone who thrives in a small-town environment and understands the value of personal connections.
