This is a regular full-time position and is located in Montreal.

Your responsibilities will be the following:

Work closely with the District Manager, Sales Representatives and Store Managers to plan and implement specific initiatives to increase sales Working with your team, you will be responsible for meeting objectives and increasing sales by promoting NAPA's marketing programs to customers Recruit, develop, evaluate, train and motivate your team Stay abreast of market developments, product line changes, new technologies and competitor strategies Monitor sales by producing weekly and monthly reports

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales team management Bilingualism in French and English, as you will be working fluently with internal customers across Canada.
