As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our company's goals.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business development. Manage key accounts and build long-lasting relationships with clients. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth. Oversee the negotiation process with potential clients to secure contracts. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that support sales efforts. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics. Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their skills in technical sales and customer service.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or technology sales. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and performance data. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve business objectives. A background in marketing or business development is preferred but not required.
