Sales Manager - BorderWorx Logistics
BorderWorx Logistics is a fast-growing 3PL specializing in cross-border warehousing, trucking, and distribution between Canada and the U.S. We are disruptors in the supply chain industry, fostering creativity and living out our Buffalo Culture--facing challenges head-on and moving forward together.
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and lead a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate has proven experience in logistics or 3PL sales, a strong track record of exceeding targets, and the leadership skills to mentor and motivate others.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies across Canada & U.S. markets.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Lead and coach a growing sales team.
  • Identify new market opportunities and represent BorderWorx at industry events.
What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of sales experience (logistics/3PL preferred).
  • Proven ability to exceed quotas and close new business.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and adaptability.
