We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and lead a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate has proven experience in logistics or 3PL sales, a strong track record of exceeding targets, and the leadership skills to mentor and motivate others. What you'll do:
Develop and execute sales strategies across Canada & U.S. markets.
Build strong, long-term client relationships.
Lead and coach a growing sales team.
Identify new market opportunities and represent BorderWorx at industry events.
What we're looking for:
5+ years of sales experience (logistics/3PL preferred).
Proven ability to exceed quotas and close new business.
Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and adaptability.
